Renata is a kind, compassionate person and her name means ‘Reborn’ in Latin!  Her caring persona guides her in helping others feel better on their health and fitness journey. She has a passion playing sports, cooking, reading and enjoying the outdoors. Her active upbringing in a wide array of sports led her to studying the human body and improving performance. Renata also believes the body is capable of healing itself and first obtained her Reiki Level I & II in 2008. She continued her studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and obtained a bachelors degree studying kinesiology (2011) while she was captain of the Laurier Golden Hawks for four years and is now a part of the Golden Hawks Hall of Fame. She also played basketball professionally in Europe where she began her studies in Manual Osteopathy from the National Academy of Osteopathy and graduated in 2012. Renata enjoys taking on challenges and took up Muay Thai and kickboxing participating in a few matches and was the 2015 WKF National champion.
